Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our animal patients. This position requires strong animal handling skills, knowledge of veterinary procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures

- Anesthetic Monitoring

- Performing Dentals
- Perform animal restraint and ensure the safety and comfort of patients
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Collect and prepare laboratory samples for analysis
- Take X-rays
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patients during recovery
- Clean and sterilize equipment and surgical instruments
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Technician or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in animal restraint techniques and handling
- Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with pet grooming, care, and husbandry practices
- Experience with X-ray equipment operation

Requirements:
- Completion of a Veterinary Technician program is Required
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
